Design Philosophy

The RADIANZ Blazing Rust was created for SCX30 enthusiasts who want a body with unmistakable vintage character and a naturally weathered appearance.

The design features a deep burgundy and maroon base blended with faded pink highlights and realistic brown rust effects around the body edges, fenders, roofline, and lower panels. Subtle dark striping across the roof adds another layer of classic custom styling while keeping the overall appearance authentic and understated.

Rather than looking freshly painted, the Blazing Rust finish is intentionally aged to capture the character of an old vehicle that has spent years exposed to the elements. The worn paint, distressed edges, and irregular rust placement give the shell depth and personality from every viewing angle.

The result is a body built for RC enthusiasts who appreciate scale realism, vintage styling, and handcrafted weathering.

Premium Hand Airbrushed Finish

Every RADIANZ body is individually hand airbrushed by experienced artists.

Unlike printed wraps or standardized factory finishes, each Blazing Rust body goes through multiple stages of color layering, shading, distressing, weathering, and detail work.

The finish begins with a rich burgundy-maroon foundation, followed by softer faded areas that create the appearance of aged paint. Brown and dark rust tones are then applied around selected edges and body sections to imitate natural oxidation and long-term wear.

Fine surface speckling, faded transitions, distressed edges, and darker accents complete the vintage patina effect.

Because the weathering is applied by hand, every Blazing Rust body develops its own unique pattern and personality.
